The Home Watch Binder
If the Binder isn't useful for your home, email hello@secrethomewatch.com within 30 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund the full purchase price. You don't need to give a reason.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider. We process approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Because the Binder is a digital file, we can't take it back. We ask that you delete your copy after a refund, and refunded purchases lose the license to use it.
- If you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us and we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened.
Home Watch Club
Club membership is free, so there's nothing to refund or cancel. You can delete your account at any time.
